Location
The Ship Inn is located in the town of Oundle, Northamptonshire. As well as being a beautiful, traditional English market town, Oundle is also a place of historic interest having been populated since the Iron Age. It is one of the most beautiful towns in Northamptonshire and an ideal location from which to base your stay.
The town lies in the ancient Nene Valley and is graced by some majestic Medieval, Elizabethan and Stuart buildings. Some of the best examples of these belong to the town's famous public school, which itself adds a definite feel of Old England to the community.
